There is no judge here — the platform refuses one on purpose. So this is not a verdict. It is the record, read plainly: what each funder took in, and what came back out.
Standing is assigned by evidence alone, applied to every funder the same way: unfunded pledge money promised with no proof-of-funds · cleared the board withdrew listings after taking work · backed, unsettled funds shown, bindings filed, nothing settled · proven payer at least one on-chain receipt.
A funder's standing is a reading of the public chain, not an accusation. Withdrawal, silence, and a stalled rail look alike from outside — the record shows the shape, the funder owns the reason. Anyone can recompute all of it from /api/listings and /api/payouts.
